How can I find an old friend who lives in Belgium?
Okay so this happened about 2 years ago. In our school we got a foreign exchange student from Belgium. After talking to him a bit we got him to hang out with us. One his day (which I didn't even know was gonna be his last until it was too late) he said he wanted to keep in contact with so he asked for my number. I gave it to him and I was just curios as to why he had asked for it. A week later we were told he had gone back to Belgium and that he had had problems in the home he was staying so he just wanted to leave. We were all sad and stuff but I hoped that maybe he would call me. Sadly though that never happened because I moved and so my phone number changed as well and I felt (and I still do) feel really bad for that. Although it was not my fault I think to myself that if he tried to call me then he would have found out that that wasn't my new number so he might have thought that I lied to him or something. I've been feeling guilty for 2 years now and all I want is to be able to tell him what really happened and to keep in contact with him. What I want is a way to find him through some site or something; a really good site that you know could get me to find him. I've tried looking in Myspace and Facebook but nothing of him comes up. Here's all the information I knew about him just I case anyone wants to take matters into their own hands: -his name was Kevin, I don't remember his last name -he lived in Liège, a city in Belgium, this he told -he was a senior when he came to our school so he was probably class of 08 or 09 That's all I know about him and it would be great if anyone could give any site where I could locate him or something like that.

Liege Belgium has a population of 187,000 people. So trying to find him with the limited information you have may be impossible. I had a close childhood friend who had to move to Germany with his family. Many years later when I tried to track him down, I had no luck even though I had his full name and the address he had moved to in Germany. Then one day recently, I was shocked to learn, from somone else, that he had moved back to my hometown a long time ago, and was living about one mile away from me. The sad part was that he never tried to contact me, even though I was living at the same address and had the same telephone number. As a result, I never tried to contact him.
